‘Fit to be tied’ crochet clutch

Tuesday, August 8th, 2006

This pattern is from ‘The Happy Hooker’. It’s my second crochet project–mostly done while flying on an airplane to Korea. I just lined it and added the ribbon today though.

Korean cross stitch keychains

Sunday, August 6th, 2006

I made these while in Korea from little kits that I found for $4 a piece that came with the floss, a needle, a keychain and fabric to stitch on. The first pic shows the front side and the next the backs of all of the keychains. It was great to have these to make while I was waiting for Seung-ho to finish a game of billiards or come back from an errand. ;) 000_0226

Asian cultures swap at craftster.org

Sunday, August 6th, 2006

These are the items I made and sent for the Asian cultures swap. I cross-stitched a Korean bride and groom (the keychain) and made a little crocheted credit card holder with yarn I bought in Korea. The rest of the items were purchased at a Korean stationery store.
